service unavailable voice message

I have my fxo card detected and green. Extensions able to call each other. However if a call comes in on the FXO, I just get a voice saying "service unavailable".

There are others on this forum with the same problem, but no one has posed a solution.

Please help.

I have had the same problem. To solve this you need to modify your zapata-channels.conf file.

Change all the lines that have
context=from-pstn to context=from-zaptel

Then, on incoming routing you must to route from zap channel (1,2,...) to where you want (extension, ring group...)
