Hi, I have a server running elastix 1.5.2 with main office number routed to DAY/NIGHT mode. In DAY time calls go to IVR1, if it is night time calls go to IVR2. The DAY/NIGHT is referencing a time group with Mon-Fri 8:00-17:00. Every morning past 8:00am the server doesn't automatically shift to DAY mode, it sticks to Night mode untill I change that manually. But the server changes to night mode immediately after 17:00. Any ideas? do i have to create a second time condition and call it "outside_working_hours" and set the time limits there? Or maybe I should set the working_hours time group to look like this instead 8:00-5:00.. any ideas?
