First of all, since I am new to the forum and Elastix in general, hello everyone, I'm Bojan and I'm an opensourceacholic, meaning that I make everyone in my company miserable by forcing them to use FOSS solutions.

I've recently setup Elastix 1.3.2 on a machine with OpenVox A800 with 4x FXO card. I use four lines, two are standard PSTN lines, and two are PSTN FXS outputs from an ISDN network terminal. I had everyithing including HylaFax working SUPERB, until one day stupid me did a yum update, which first caused FreePBX to break, which I solved with FreePBX updates, and then my faxes couldn't be delivered anymore, even tho receiving works fine.

I had to switch back to plain old bin/notfy to be able to get transmission logs to my email. I was unable to send a single fax since the update so I wanted to see what was going on without having to SSH into elastix every now and then, it dies somewhere like this:

Code:
Oct 23 15:23:01.78: [ 3183]: <-- [9:AT+FTH=3\r]
Oct 23 15:23:01.80: [ 3183]: --> [7]
Oct 23 15:23:01.80: [ 3183]: <-- HDLC<3:FF C8 DF>
Oct 23 15:23:02.98: [ 3183]: --> [2]
Oct 23 15:23:02.98: [ 3183]: MODEM input buffering enabled
Oct 23 15:23:02.98: [ 3183]: <-- [5:ATH0\r]
Oct 23 15:23:03.08: [ 3183]: --> [2]
From my own analysis of the logs, I see that I can dialout, connect, handshake (to some point) and then, seemingly just prior to sending the payload, it just breaks, from what I understand, hylafax hangs up on the other Fax machine.

Here is the whole log if someone is interested, I've ommited info such as phone numbers, user names, email addresess etc with xxxx-es, for privacy reasons, hope you don't mind:

So no one can help me?

Ok, here's more info, I've tested with fax nachines that were doing the fax thing for my company prior to Elastix and the error displayed on them is "COMM ERROR". It happens pretty instantly after the handshake plays out. It also has nothig to do whether fax was transmitted trough real PSTN line or through ISDN line's PSTN input (I've tested, same old). It's just something to do with HylaFax, IAXmodem and/or DAHDI (being that the swicth from Zaptel to DAHDI occured during my update).
