    I am trying to get some information about the RTP traffic to and from the elastix box and remote phones. No UDP traffic for ports 5060 or 10000:20000 is showing on the firewall when calls are being made. I am unable to find the logs when using RTP Debug. The Elastix box is on the local network and its IP address is 192.168.0.11.

    Asterisk-CLI
    RTP Debug IP 192.168.0.11

    RTP Debugging Enabled for IP: 192.168.0.11

    Where should the output be shown, on the Elastix screen below the Asterisk-CLI or in /var/log/asterisk? If in /var/log/asterisk which log file will the info be in?

    One easy way to do it is install you favorite gui and wireshark. You could also do it ssh from another linux box. That is a bit more complicated. I can find a link if you need it.

    I could use wireshark but I should be getting output after enabling RTP Debug from the Asterisk-CLI. I would like to know where this RTP Debug output is stored on Elastix;

    1) In a log file, if so which one and location?
    2) Is output meant to appear on the Elastix Asterisk-CLI screen?

    Try with the phone's ips, not with your own ip. Or just rtp debug, and you'll see all.
