I have tried to configure inbound routes in my elastix box 1.5.2 but i don't get how to associate it to a Trunk i have created. Also configuring outbound routes is proving to be a challenge. I have read the Elastix without tears.pdf guide but seems not much information is provided in this book.

Any guide or pointers will be highly appreciated,

    Regards all.

Then you need to read EWT again. All your questions are answered there...

Look in the CLI or log to see exactly how your trunk is presenting itself (ie what DID is presented). You will then use that DID in your inbound route (EWT chapter 9.1)

If no DID is presented by your trunk provider, you maybe have to add at the end of your registration line a /yourDIDnumber. (EWT chapter 8.4)

For outbound route, you just create rules to decide which trunk will be used for a number matching these rules. If you put nothing in the rules, all calls will go there. (EWT chapters 8.3.1, 8.3.2 and 9.3)
