rout your ivr to outside number

    I'm trying to

    rout my ivr to outside number

    but I have an error that the number always busy

    this is apart of my extension_custom.conf

    exten => 1234,1,Playback(demo-congrats) ; extensions can dial 1234
    exten => 1234,2,Hangup()
    exten => h,1,Hangup()
    include => agentlogin
    include => conferences
    include => calendar-event
    include => weather-wakeup
    include => automatic-msg

    exten => 600,1,Answer
    exten => 600,2,Wait,2
    exten => 600,3,Playback(custom/message0)
    exten => 600,4,SetMusicOnHold(default)
    exten => 600,n,Set(TIMEOUT(digit)=3)
    exten => 600,n,WaitExten(,)
    exten => 1,1,Goto(ext-queues,601,1)
    exten => 2,1,Goto(ext-queues,602,1)
    exten => 3,1,Dial(ZAP/g0/0160926786)

    this what i want to do

    first create aqueue 600
    when any call come to this queue
    it will hear the message0 wait for the ivr option
    if 1 go to queue 601
    if 2 go to queue 602
    if 3 dial out side number

    every thin works fine except when the caller press 3 a busy signal appears
    so what error I had ..........

    I have found it the error was in my dial pattern
    it work fine now :laugh:
