How can you get Ringing tone instead of MOH to work in queue?

It only works if music is on with no ringtone.
Hopefully someone can help me out with this.

    Best regards

    hello

Within the queue's options there's an option that says: Ring Tone instead of MOH, if I'm not wrong that is the option that you are looking for, so if you mark it, you will have the ring tone instead of the moh

Let me know if it works

    Really?

mmmm... what version of elastix do you have????

If you want to send people to a voicemail when there are no available agents, you may use the failover option and of course the max time wait options that is within the queues configuration web interface.
