Ring time

    Hi All
    I would like to know if its possible to limit the default ring time to any extension.
    the senario is like this. I would like a extension to ring for 5 seconds, if there is no answer or its busy it must be transfered to a group. in the PBX interface I can change the default value to 5, but the phone will still ring for more then that. any ideas where I can start looking?

    Try configuring a followme setting for that extension, there you will see a box so you will be able to select the ring time

    Look in the follow-me setting. You just need to write the extension of the group in the follow-me list and delete the extension of the phone you don't want to ring. Then here you can also configure the initial ringtime (how many time before the elastix try to call the follow-me list of the extension) and the ring time max.
