Ring group problem

    For some reason, the timeout value defined in the ring group (hunt) applies only to my sip extensions.
    The thing is that I need to call a mobile phone.

    I tried to put [my xxxxxxxxxx number]# in the extension list - the timeout passed and still doesn't pass to next extension. (the call to mobile is still active)
    I tried to use a custom extension with "Local/[my xxxxxxxxxx number]@outbound-allroutes" - again, the timeout passed and still doesn't pass to next extension. (the call to mobile is still active)

    What should I do?
