Restricting Agent Extensions to be Dialed from IVR

    Dear Experts,

    Here again seeking help,

    I have setup Queue on Elastix and working fine but i want to restrict extensions in queue to be dialed from IVR, in other words i dont want anyone to reach any of the extension belongs to queue or agents extensions directly, only for queue members, how can we restrict this?
    so that no one can directly dial 11 Agent Extensions belongs to Queue, and still allow other extensions to be dialed from IVR.

    mmmm, maybe the custom-contexts module can do that, if you put that entension in other contexts that the rest.
