    Edgar,

How can I reset a user's password from the command line?
Do I need to reset this in sqlite ? How?

Is it currently possible to do this from command line with some script?

I am locked out of the Web Gui until it gets reset...

    Thanks

I'm having the same problem. It seems that the password information is stored in a sqlite database, but am unable to even see the tables in the sqlite3 interface.

Ok, I finally figured this out. The passwords are stored in a sqlite database. To reset the admin password to 'password' do the following:

    sqlite3 /var/www/db/acl.db
    UPDATE "acl_user" set md5_password='5f4dcc3b5aa765d61d8327deb882cf99' where id='1';<br><br>Post edited by: jreiter, at: 2008/02/16 07:31
