    In the reports there are a lot of mistakes or missing important data who can help?

    for all
    Sums: it sums only the "current" page and not all "pages"

    Some times:Exports: it only exports the "current" page and not all "pages"

    Break : missing the number of breaks per break

    Calls per hour : i only see two of 4 queues (the first and the last)- but with arrows you can see the other queues, sum of calls are wrong


    Hold Time: We send incoming calls (overflow) for no agent in the qu, to long waiting in the qu, to many in the queue to an external call center ( fail over destination - custum applcation). Now the espara mayor (max waiting time) is the whole calling time

    Login Logout: if have no idea what this report is doing. it is not reporting, when an agent login and when logout

    Graphic Calls per hour:i only see two of 4 queues (the first and the last), sum of calls are wrong and
    also only exports 2 queues
