reports for call duration are wrong

    Hello,

    I have did some test about the duration field in CDR report.
    By example a 30 sec call is reported as a 112 sec call.
    I have configured the Billing module to be able to send to my clients the telco costs, but is far from reality.

    Please let me know if is a bug or need some settings.

    As far as I know the time start running when the other side give you back the first ring.

    Hi Rafael,

    I have noticed the time is counting from the first ring.
    How I can get reports for the time talked? To be able to get real reports on talked time?
