Remove Music For Agent In Call Center

    i changed agents.conf to

    ; Define wrapuptime. This is the minimum amount of time when
    ; after disconnecting before the caller can receive a new call
    ; note this is in milliseconds.
    ;
    wrapuptime=20000
    ;
    ; Define the default musiconhold for agents
    ; musiconhold => music_class
    ;
    musiconhold => none

    but my agent continue to hearing music,

    i don't know wath to do


    if somebody have a solution please let me know

    i have the same problem...my agent doesn't wanna hear music

    for the moment i have create a new mu7sic category for my client and i have deleted all music in default category

    aah same problem agent hears all the time music when there is no call....also caller id does not show in the soft phone for call center...

    for the caller id your have to start the asterisk dialer

    After making the changes to agents.conf, go into the cli and issue the following command:

    moh reload

    You may have to make your agents log out and then log back in.

    If that doesn't work, you may also have to issue:

    module reload

    I fixed this by pointing the defualt musiconhold.conf file to a directory with no music in it.
