    Hola todos / Hi everyone,

    Alguien me puede decir como hago para que el dialer me haga grabacion total, actualmente genera las llamadas y funciona bien pero las grabaciones de las llamadas no las hace, y en la configuracion de las extensiones estan como Record "ALWAYS", solo las llamadas manuales o fuera del dialer son grabadas.

    Can someone tell me how can i do make full recording using the dialer, actually it send calls and works fine but the recordings haven't been storage and the extension config are setup as record "ALWAYS", only the manuals calls or calls not generates by the dialers has been storage.

    Alguna idea / Any ideas?

    Despues de una busqueda identifique que las grabaciones de los QUEUES se hagan a traves de la configuracion de los mismos, estas grabaciones quedan almacenadas en /var/spool/asterisk/monitor con el siguiente formato:
    q[number-queue]-[time-stamp].wav

    Ahora la pregunta es otra, como hacer para que la grabacion sea grabada en el siguiente formato:

    [phone-number]-q[number-queue]-[time-stamp]-[agent].wav

    Agradezco quien me pueda dar una idea de como hacer esto.

    After make a research i found the way to how make the calls been recorded, and those calls has been stored in /var/spool/asterisk/monitor with this format q[number-queue]-[time-stamp].wav

    Now my question is: how can i change the file name format as:

    [phone-number]-q[number-queue]-[time-stamp]-[agent].wav

    Ani clue.. please let me know.. Thanks

    I found this context which make the recording, on the priority 8 is when the system set the file which is great, so can somene tell me how cani capture the number to dial as Variable to set this value into this context and make the file name be posted into the file name?

    Alex i ativate the recording at the queue. But at de PBX/MONITORIN it apears like this:

    Why dont show the agent or the destination correctly?
