Recorded Calls - Monitoring additions

    We have been recording our customer service calls and have a fair amount of them, some things that would be nice (unless i have just overlooked them)

    1. The ability to download more then one file at once, being able to select multiple calls to download to a computer

    2. A select all / unselect all so that you can delete multiple recording instead of going one by one, which takes forever when you have 815 pages of recordings.

    3. To change how many recorded calls to show per page 15,30,50,100,all and so on.

    4. When you go into the Conference Tab and choose to view Past Conference, provide a link to the recorded file if it was recorded

    if these are already options, guide me in the right direction!

    any input on this would be great, since the permission system for allowing other accounts to listen to monitoring calls doesn't exist so you have to give someone almost full admin rights to just listen to calls.

    Cus' they will save me whole lotta' time! of course if they exist at all!
