random thought

    just a random thought, if i have 3 employees with cell phones. Can there cell phones be put in a call Queue? Also if one doesn't pick up can they system figure that out and call the next person?


    another idea... can you call into the system and then get a dial tone and dial another number and it will call the new number and connect the 2 calls. just some ideas and things one of my clients want...... let me know

    1) Yes, but its not a "Queue", its a Ring Group
    2) Yes, use DISA :)

    DISA, i will have to look into that... i know nothing about it.
