    Can anyone tell how i can setup a different language for the announcement when the call is transfered to a specific queue exemple :
    i have setup a DID inboud call
    from this DID i have an IVR that let the caller choose a French or English language
    if he choose the french language he have 4 Options each option send him to the specific queue
    in this sepcific queue there is an annoucement telling him to wait in the queue.that means normaly in french he will hear all the french sound while he is waiting on the line queue.
    if he choose the english IVR the system will send him to English IVR and from that he choose an option and the system will send him to the the specific queue and the sound that will be played when he is waiting will be heared in english.
