Queues - Log Out failing

    Queue: 8001
    Agent Example: 650

    Problem: The agent logs out of the queue using the following method.

    8001**
    650#

    The system notifies that agent that they are logged out as normal. However the agent still receives the calls from the queue and is still listed in the queue on the Operator Panel.
