Hello,

I have a new Elastix install, using 2.0.4 ISO with a weird issue. My first install was using a redfone + vgate, which didn't have a DAHDI trunk, so I thought maybe this was a timing problem as the server wasn't getting clock from the telco. Fresh install, different server, now using a Sagnoma 102 card with a telco PRI (CPE) and DAHDI, but still having the problem.

I've got a single queue with 3 agents in it. When calls enter the queue, they are supposed to ring each agent for 15 sec. Sometimes, this happens, as shown here:

[Dec 2 12:49:30] VERBOSE[17391] app_dial.c: -- Called 6941
[Dec 2 12:49:30] VERBOSE[17388] app_queue.c: -- Local/6941@from-queue-e273;1 is ringing
[Dec 2 12:49:30] VERBOSE[17391] app_dial.c: -- SIP/6941-0000046d is ringing
[Dec 2 12:49:30] VERBOSE[17388] app_queue.c: -- Local/6941@from-queue-e273;1 is ringing
[Dec 2 12:49:45] VERBOSE[17391] app_dial.c: -- Nobody picked up in 15000 ms

But other times, the call rings at the agent for just a moment, then goes back into the rotation. Here is an example:

[Dec 2 12:49:45] VERBOSE[17395] app_dial.c: -- Called 8360
[Dec 2 12:49:45] VERBOSE[17388] app_queue.c: -- Local/8360@from-queue-92c3;1 is ringing
[Dec 2 12:49:45] VERBOSE[17395] app_dial.c: -- SIP/8360-0000046e is ringing
[Dec 2 12:49:45] VERBOSE[17388] app_queue.c: -- Local/8360@from-queue-92c3;1 is ringing
[Dec 2 12:49:46] VERBOSE[17388] app_queue.c: -- Nobody picked up in 15000 ms

Note that although asterisk thinks 15 seconds went by, only 1 sec really elapsed. This seems to happen randomly, as sometimes agents get the full 15 sec to answer, and sometimes they get 1 sec.

Any help or suggestions would be very much appreciated.
