queue not showing in inboound in call center

    I set up queue 701 in pbx. It appears in outbound calls tab but not inbound. What did I do wrong?

    Found the problem. Had to enter agents as static agents in queues in PBX as Axxxx,0 where xxxx is agent number and 0 is penalty.
