Queue creation problems

    I've loaded elastix 1.1 and the Call Center module. I'm having problems creating/editing queues under the call center -> ingoing calls tab. There are no problems creating agents, breaks, or forms but when I try to set up the incoming call queues I get the following error message - Query Error SELECT distinct(queues.id), CONCAT(queues.id,' ',extensions.descr) FROM queues, extensions WHERE queues.id=extensions.extension and extensions.application='Queue' - and when I check the call center database I don't see a queues table. I've added queues via the embedded PBX interface but those don't show up in the drop down menus under ingoing or campaigns either. What database should the queues table be in, call_center or asterisk, or is the table name in the php code incorrect? Trying to create campaigns won;t work either, no queues in the drop down there. I've checked through the callcenter manual, and checked forums to no avail. Any advice or links to similar problems would be appreciated.
