pstn incoming calls problem

    hello everyone!
    i have 5 incoming pstn lines to my pbx. The first one is 8001888 and the others 8001xxx
    when someone calls at 8001888 the pbx answers the call, if someone calls again at 8001888 the provider forwards the call to another number : 8001xxx. Then the pbx does not answer the call but if someone calls directly at 8001xxx the pbx works fine! What am i doing wrong? i set my zap trunks to maximum channels 1, is this the problem?

    Are you sure your telco set up the hunt group correctly? If you have your numbers forwarded, make sure your telco has enough paths.
