Problems with incoming calls in SIP Trunk

    We have 3 months with elastix and so far everything is going well, unless because we noticed a decrease of approximately 10% in incoming calls by our SIP trunk, someone has experienced something like this? So how I could audit the sip trunk in order to diagnose any failure?
