Problems with CallCenter 1.1.1

    Sorry for so many posts, but I wanted to sum up the problems I am having here in one post to be clear.


    -Fresh install of 1.1-6
    -Fresh install of Call Center Module 1.1.1

    - Created 1 Campaign
    Created queue 4000:
    (from queues_additional)

    Then created the agent in the call center module.

    Behavior
    Then, created an extension, hooked up soft phone.

    - Can log into the queue manually using *88882001 and entering a password.
    -Get hold music
    - Asterisk shows me logged on.
    - When i call directly to the queue (dialing 4000 on another softphone), I get connected to the agent.
    - When i hang up the caller, agent returns to hold music.


    Logging in through web interface
    Log in with the call center web interface, selecting the agent (1001) and the extension.
    - The extension rings...
    - Answer extension
    - Prompted for password
    - enter password
    - agent is connected to queue
    - get hold music
    - web interface shows agent panel
    then....
    -the agent gets logged out of phone and web panel..

    Has anyone gotten this to work? Or is this module vaporware?
