Problems regarding Queue and Extensions

    Hi all,

    I'm facing a strange behavior with Elastix 1.3-2 and Queue usage (FreePBX).

    I have a queue with 7 extensions on it (static agent).

    When there is a call on the queue, the phones will ring only on the first 2 extensions.

    I've tried all the ring strategies avaliable, without sucess.

    Any clue guys?

    I had the same problem and the only work around I've found was to create a ring group in addition to the queue. I have one person in the queue for a specify amount of time and then it will go to the ring group and the feature works there. I've upgraded to ver 1.5 and did some test today and the queue feature is still not working properly with multiple extensions.

    I have six extensions, all static agent. I would like to find out if there is a solution or work around for the round robin ring strategy to work properly?
