Problemas con llamadas a Fax

    buenas tardes, tengo el siguiente problema, resulta que no puedo enviar Fax.
    cuendo marco a un fax, la llamada se genera, pero cuando comienza el tono de Fax, esta se corta.
    Tengo una trama E1 Pri que me comunica a la red publica.
    Intente con el fax virtual, pero pasa lo mismo.
    alguien sabe por que pasara este problema?

    te pasa dentro y fuera del elastix? o pasando por el elastix

    Te explico.., cuando envio un fax entre anexos, funciona perfectamente (tengo 2 ata con 2 fax).
    si envio un fax al servidor de fax, tambien funciona perfectamente.
    Es decir, de manera interna, funciona bien.
    El problema es cuando envio un fax atravez de la E1, osea a la red publica, ahi la llamada se corta en el momento que el fax comienza a enviarse o al recibir.

    me suena a problema en el zap.conf o en su caso dadhi_chanels.conf

    podrias postearlo??

    esta extraño es una E1 conectada a un ballum directo a tu medio no?

    Es una E1 que la otorga un router Huawei con E1, es decir es sin balum.

    em, haber el router de telmex trae una tarjeta E1 la cual va interconectada a la tarjeta E1 de mi asterisk .

    Tengo entendido que que el servicio que entrega telmex, es una trama que la envian a travez de IP hasta el router, y luego este hace la transformación.

    si entiendo, el medio ya esta en rj46 o tu tienes una E1 con vnc, de cua,lquier forma el medio no esta dejando pasar la llamada de fax, detecta el ruido y cuelga la llamada, tienes que modificar tu .conf he ir jugando hasta que des con la orrecta o preguntarle a red uno por que se te cae el fax.

    El router involucrado es un Huawei AR-2811
    revisare el medio, la verdad no lo he revisado.

    puedes conectar un fax analogo al medio fuera del elastix? seria una buena prueba...

    Cómo envías el fax? A través de una máquina de fax conectada a un ATA? Si ese es el caso, en la configuración de tu ATA, buscas las opciones de fax, y en vez de t.38 le pones que ña voz y el fax pasen por la misma línea

    La verdad es que he probado con el fax virtual y un fax que esta conectado a un ata grandstreme.
    ninguno de los dos ha podido recibir un fax desde el exterior.
    sera algun problema de configuracion de la ruta entrante?.., la verdad ya no se que mas pueda hacer.

    no, el virtual funciona bien, no entioendo cual sea el problema, si tu marcas a la extencion del fax virtual te da tono de fax?

    si da tono de fax, pero aun asi no recibe los fax desde el exterior.
    Si recibe entre anexos.
