Problema con ruta sip

Hola amigos del foro

esta vez tengo el siguiente problema

tengo instaldo un elastix en la officina principal y tengo en una oficina remotas un spa3102 con el puerto fxo configurado el spa3102 manda correctamente la llamada al elastix y entra al ivr pero cuando el cliente corta la llamda la PSTN manda tono de ocupado pero elastix no desconecta la llamda la deja conectada

me gustaria saber como configurar CALL PROGRES en elastix para las rutas sip

y como configur tambien al troncal sip de la officina remota para que detecte ese tono de ocupado y desconecte la llamada


de antemano gracias espero puedan alludarme con este problema

Creo que tu problema esta en el spa,hay unos parametros en la configuracion del linksys que en este momento no recuerdo cuales son puntualmente, para que detecte el colgado y asi libere el canal, pero me parece q por ahi viene la mano

Perdona el atrevimiento tu me podiras explicar como configuraste el spa para la troncal sip remota y que conteste el ivr y poder hacer llamadas desde la oficina principal de antemano te agradesco tu colaboracion

mi troncal aparece registrada en el spa pero cuando llamo desde cali hacia bogota atraves de la troncal remota dice todas las lineas esta ocuapadas, luego no ha registrado bien.

oscar vos tenes un problema de trafico al nivel de red, vos ves la troncal arriba, pero cuando llamas se cae, me gustaria que me contaras un poco mas de tu configuracion, para asi poderte ayudar a solucionar tu problema.

axeellcevallos, porfavor sube el cli para ver que hace asterisk cuando cuelgas la llamada,creo que tambien es problema de trafico en la red
