    Hello,

    When a voicemail is left on my extension it automatically emails it to me but the format is not legible.

    I get this:

    Randy Quick,

    I am looking at the vm_email.inc and I think it is ignoring the "back-slash".

    Here is a copy of the vm_email.inc:

    ; Change the email body, variables: VM_NAME, VM_DUR, ;VM_MSGNUM, VM_MAILBOX, VM_CALLERID, VM_DATE
    ;
    emailbody=${VM_NAME},\n
    \n
    There is a new voicemail in mailbox ${VM_MAILBOX}:\n
    \n
    \tFrom:t${VM_CALLERID}\n
    \tLength:t${VM_DUR}seconds\n
    \tDate:t${VM_DATE}\n
    \n
    Dial *98 to access your voicemail by phone.\n
    \n
    Visit http://89.1.140.90/recordings/index.php to check your voicemail with a web browser.\n

    ---------------------------------------------

    What do you think??? Thanks!!!!

    FYI - I do have a backslash in front of the n and t in the code for the vm_email.inc, but it won't show up in the forum.

    Thanks!

    Hello
    What you have to do to modify the vm_email.inc is from the terminal using VI and that the editor files Elastix removes the "\" and make changes bundles a RELOAD.

    That's how it resolved.
