    good morning friends

sorry my English is not very good but I need help

turn to units that are teachers and the project asterisk elastix

I have worked with perfect elastix 3 months all I've installed all modules and functions well, but recently I

    realized the following:

I Elastix 1.6 stable, with vocals in Spanish have the modules outbount route callcenter and permissions

happens when I realized that any extension framework and I like the voicemail recorded the mge and well I get out.

then went to voicemail where you keep the mge and tell me you do not have any mge.

I've done everything but nothing works to change the permissions of var / spool / asterisk / voicemail / default view

if that was anything but, I have enabled the extensions voicemail in the general shape I have everything

by default. The strange thing is that I get into the voicemail of one of the extensions and get into the

configuration and if you let me save MGES busy and stuff, even when I call an extension and I save the

mge the gives me the option to hear what I hear (but for WinSCP is in var / spool / asterisk / voice / defaul / extension / tmp

I can see that recording the mge of extension to which I am calling but just hang is cleared and not

stored in the INBOX folder) and when I check the mailbox tells me you do not have mge

    PROBLEM SOLVED

smart friends have solved the problem apparently is virtualized in my house and central
this day after several tests I realized that I always had the answer but I knew not
specify the day of tomorrow I will implement these changes in the real central and see what happens.
everything that was well above comment only do I miss something, which is
me is very strange indeed to change the permissions on the folder / var / spool / asterisk / voicemail / default.

then you have to delete and recreate the extension seems to be that deleting the
voicemail and recreate permissions apply a few steps seems rudimentary but
was what I found, after the restart after a voicemail amportal I worked.

    see you  [IMG]
