Problem with SPA3102 - Unable to detect a hung up

    I ported my number from Verizon to Broadvoice. Prior to porting it, I was using the SPA 3102 to connect my analog phones to Elastix 1.5.2. Everything was working great. As a caller would call my house number, the call would be routed to a ring group which was setup to make the house phones and a set of soft phone extensions ring. If nobody answered, the caller would be able to leave a message which would then be e-mailed to my account. Simple but effective configuration.

    3 weeks ago, I decided to make the switch from Verizon to Broadvoice. With the purchase of their service, I received the HT-502 which I connected to a local phone outlet. I opted to keep using Elastix as my "answering machine" as opposed to the Voicemail service provided by Broadvoice.

    Problem
    Since the migration, the SPA 3102 does not appear to detect the caller hunging up anymore. I endup with very long messages with the traditional off the hook sound well beyond the end of the recorded message.


    Any suggestions on how to address this?
