    Hello all,
    I'm new here, I hope you'd like to help me!
    This is my problem: I set up Elastix without problems, configuring Extensions, Inbound routes, Outbound routes and trunks. Everything works well, but I need the following feature: I need that each extension uses a different outbound route, for example

    EXTENSION 1 ===> OUTBOUND ROUTE 1
    EXTENSION 2 ===> OUTBOUND ROUTE 2
    EXTENSION 3 ===> OUTBOUND ROUTE 3

    but I noticed that you can only choose an order of use, you cannot assign an outbound route to an extension. For example
    EXTENSION 1 ===> OUTBOUND ROUTE 1, then OUTBOUND ROUTE 2, then OUTBOUND ROUTE 3.

    Is it possible to do what requested?
    Thank you all!

    Hi jgutierrez,
    It is better for you to learn Elastix step by step with elastix_without_tears.pdf
    I think you will be more successful.

    Good Luck
