problem with Call Pickup

    Hi all,

    i have problem with `Directed Call Pickup` and `Asterisk General Call Pickup`. i left default values (** and *8) and whenever i try to pickup call elastix try some external number and telecom (my line provieder) says that this number doesnt exist.

    extensions are in the same callgroup and pickupgroup.
    i tried to change deafult numbers, but it is the same.

    any ideas how can i config this?


    i have as ip phones linksys spa921 upgraded to 5.1.8


    PLEASE HELP ME!!!

    worked for *8 - general call pickup

    now i have problem only with directed call pickup.

    on my ip phone i have dialplan:

    (*xx|**|[3469]11|0|00|[2-9]xxxxxx|1xxx[2-9]xxxxxxS0|xxxxxxxxxxxx.)

    but when i try to call ** answers my line provider and says that this number doesnt exist.


    any ideas?
