problem of CDR Report

    Hi~ everybody!

    Sorry for my poor english first >.<

    I am a newbie.

    I have a question for CDR Report.

    When I use SIP phone(201) called another SIP phone(202).

    If 202 didn't answer,even it rings for a long time.

    CDR Report List will have a record like below.

    Source Dest. Status Duration
    201 202 NO ANSWER 0


    But, When I use SIP phone to call my mobile number via Zap trunk.

    Even I didn't answer that call.
    The CDR Report List will have a record like below.

    Source Dest. Status Duration
    201 0913111111 ANSWERED 12

    But that 12 seccond is the time that I ring the phone.

    Can someone give me a hint how to fix this?

    If I didn't fix this , the Billing Report will also wrong too!

    We have the same problem with a new-brand TE120P and the same parameters I usually configure using a PRI ISDN.
    Only with the ZAP I got the same time for duration and billsec. I think it could be a problem with Asterisk 1.4.4 who is coming with Elastix. I think it 's a big issue and the links you sent us don't show anything to help. Do you have any other idea?
