Problem in Queue

Hi
I use Elastix version 1.1-8 And OpenVox A400p. I define some extensions.
1)
I want routing incoming calls to extensions. For this purpose I define a queue. But it doesn't appear in Flash Panel. But my queue works properly.
2)
When some incoming calls are in my queue, and one of the calls decide to hang up before get answered, our agents get extra ring and zap line stay busy.
Please guide me.
