    Hi,
I upgraded a cisco 7911G to sip but it didn't show any setting for SIP Account, SIP Password and SIP Server. It appeared two option "General SIP Settings" and "Line...".

    Please guide me.

    Thanks.

It's true what did you say... almost.
I have similar issue with C7911G phone.
If you use SIP firmware 8.xx the phone looking for SEP(MAC).cnf.xml file in tftp server during boot.
The endpoint manager can generate only SIP(MAC).cnf file which was in use in older firmware version.
The firmware downgrade is not always possible.

    Regards
    WP
