Probable causes for SIP calls dropping mid-call?

Hi all,

I've got a customer who's occasionally losing calls mid-call. It's happening too often to be random / coincidence, and at seemingly sparodic intervals, or time during the call.

Initially we put it down to the router renewing its internet IP, but we've ruled that out.

It's the standard system-image we use, recommended ISP, good quality ADSL2+ line, same router we always use, same SPA942 phones ... Just unsure what'd be causing this?

I've changed the sip_nat.conf settings to see if that'll make a difference, but just did that this morning.

Unfortunately they switched over much sooner than we advised them to, due to their internet needing to change service providers, and so they've had a bit of a bad taste left in their mouth because they kind of forced our hand, but that said I'm willing to give anything a whirl at this point. Any ideas / thoughts / suggestions appreciated.
