predictive : recall failed number

    Hi,
    is there a way to reactivate a campaign to redial failed numbers only inside the existing csv file
    instead of having to create a new campaign with these numbers

    in the same idea, is it possible to schedule a call ?
    ie : say, the customer is not available now, or want to be called at a specific time?
    is it possible to program it and to transfer the call to a specific agent?

    These above two questions are very interesting!
    Now Call center v.2.0 has function which called "Programing calls"!
    but for redial failed numbers inside existing csv file, I don't know.
