    I have 4 trunks setup on my pbx, 3 regestring using regestration string and one Broadvox registring by IP. First 3 trunks work with no problem but Broadvox ever one way audio or fast bussy. I checked my sip_nat.conf and it looks like evrything the way it should be:
    nat=yes
    externip= my externalip
    localnet= my pocal network
    I called broadvox and they did a trace and it looks like my pbx sends out its local ip in sip invite message?????? How could this be? Evrything was working correctly before fryday and nothing was changed.

    How are you handling this on the router? A true NAT would be Public IP to Local IP, or by a port forward?
