Polycom 550 Telephones

    Good Morning:
    I have three Polycom 550 telephones that have lost power momentarily and are now in an endless boot / reboot cycle. When I do catch the phones in between booting / rebooting, I am able to momentarily log into the web gui of the phone to see what is going on. Unfortunately, the phones reboot before I can reprogram them via the web gui. I have tried to reset the phones via the endpoint manager, but they are not taking. Any ideas?

    BADTAD, I am having trouble with a 550. It just reboots sometimes. It is at a remote location, registered to the external IP of my router. functionality is great when it is up. On your phone, go inot your Network Configuration. Make sure there is nothing in the SNTP address, Gateway or anything else. DHCP should be enabled.
