Asterisk Info states that all my SIP phones are offline. I can ping the phones from the server, they are on the same network, the userid and passwords match in the extension setup and the phone setup.

What else can I do to get them online?

I can think of two things:

    1. Either the extension or password are incorrect
    2. You have blocked on your net 5060 tcp port traffic

You may know it for sure, if you do the following on your server:
tcpdump port 5060 and host phone_ip_address
It will reveal you if there is traffic on through that port, if you have traffic, then it is an error on your phone configuration (user and password)

I did not put the extension number in the phone as the SIP User ID, I put the description label in instead.

    Resolved.

    Thank you.
