Hi all; Is it possible to use phone with 2 SIP lines to work with call-center module? One line should be used with agent extension and the second one "normal line" for making and receiving calls. I want to use Grandstream gxp phone (2010 or 2020). What happens when logged in agent will make phone call from the second line in his phone. The first line will be taken on "on-hold". Does cc module can recognize this line and logged in agent as "on hold" and does not transfer any inbound calls to this agent?
