    Hi all,

Currently the Elastix is running on Linux, with 1.5 version. And I have encounter the following scenarios and the phone line won't be disconnected automatically.

    Scenario 1:
Caller A(with Elastix server) call to B: If B hang up first and A afterward, sometimes the system won't be automatically disconnected the outbound line and even you will see one inbound line is start to run and won't be disconnected.

    Scenario 2:
Caller A call to B(with Elastix extension) and B transfer that phone to C, in this situation, the system won't disconnect the inbound and outbound lines automatically.

Has anyone have same situation happen before? How to solve it?
Because of these scenarios, serval times our phone system is jammed, no line is available for service.

    Please help to solve this.

    Thanks,

Are these analogue or SIP trunks? If analogue you need to get a service added to your line called "cross and talk" which is a end of call maker that "crosses" the lines once a call is terminated.
