    Dear Mr,Ms;

    what should i do, if i need to do some change on Elastix, Source:

    for example for the Queue definition,
    i need to do some change on the default Queuing arguments, like the exact Queue application which is invoking from the [ext-queue] dial plan, as the way like it.

    write know i am Editing the configuration files, but as i submit a new Queue or do some changes on the queue parameters via the web GUI, i will lose all my handy change inside the configuration files.

    where should i don these changes to be reflected on all new Queue definition?

    Can you be a little more specific? Like maybe pasting in the lines you are changing in the configuration files?

    The proper method to make custom modifications to the dialplan files is to modify the *_custom.conf files, as these are not overwritten by FreePBX. Of course, most changes can and should be made through the GUI, so you may want to poke about in both the Elastix and the Unembedded FreePBX interfaces and verify that you can't accomplish what you want to do from the GUI.
