PDD Too Long

Hi Guys,

whenever a user makes a call from an extension the time it takes elastix to access the Zap trunk is taking too long.

The user has to wait approximately 10 secs before he/she hears the ringing tone.

Do you have any suggestion that could be used to reduce this time.

I got the same problem for the post dial delay (PDD) when a user dial from a zap extension, but when we use the softphone the zap trunk will dial immediately the outbound trunk...is there a solution?
