Patton and music on hold

    Hi I have a problem with the Patton 4554, Patton is connected to the elastix, and I can make and receive calls, but a problem I turned the music on hold, and if an internal call without using patton or use a SIP trunk all works, but if I receive a call I hear only the tone and not the music on hold.
