Outside Number Caller ID is not shown (anonymous)

    If Some one calls from Outside PSTN/mobile to our PSTN Lines Trunk-ed with Elsatix, It Land to Our IVR and Dial Its required extension , Then on xlite its Caller ID is =anonymous

    So how to enable caller id of user calling from Outside(pstn or Mobile ) to our Elastix extension.

    What type of analog card is your PSTN line connected to? Maybe that card is causing the problem. Also, is your line provisioned for "callerID"?

    What I would do, is to change the inbound route and double check if I get or not the CallerID, if I also don't get it, I will call my sip trunk provider, and tell him that I'm not receiving the callerID

    I am using Quintum AF Seriers with each 8 FXO Ports.Further andyshawn spoke for Caller ID facility !,Yes it is enabled by our PSTN Operator and i checked it iwth CLI Enable Telphone Set and it display when i dial Number trunk on FXO Ports.

    how to figure out above problem ?
