Outgoing campaign silence

Hello all,

I am experiencing funny behavior on the call center outbound campaign on elastix 2.5

Scenario
Elastix 2.5 running on Esxi VM
8GB RAM & 1TB HDD
4 CPU cores assigned.
SIP Trunk to local provider
7 Call center agents

The funny behavior is that, all 7 agents can make outbound calls concurrently without issue. If they log in to the call center module as agents for outgoing campaign and the dialer begins, there is a challenge hearing the customer.

Anyone kindly advice.
