Hi Team, We are facing a strange problem with Outbound call center module. Whenever we are running dialer, calls are going out and ringing to customer's phone. when customer is answering the call,agents are able to listen to the call but customer is not able to hear anything. When outgoing calls are made manually (out of call center module), both customer and agent are able to hear communication properly. Is there some configuration which is required or there is any bug in Elastix call center module? Please help / provide pointers.
