Outgoing Calls - One way communication problem

    Hi Team,
    We are facing a strange problem with Outbound call center module. Whenever we are running dialer, calls are going out and ringing to customer's phone. when customer is answering the call,agents are able to listen to the call but customer is not able to hear anything. When outgoing calls are made manually (out of call center module), both customer and agent are able to hear communication properly.

    Is there some configuration which is required or there is any bug in Elastix call center module? Please help / provide pointers.

    I have basically the same problem except w/ the call center calls it only last a few seconds. The customer answers hears nothing or music for a few seconds then gets connected to the agent. It is a big problem b/c the pause is long enough for the customer to say hello and then hangup.

    I think the file that needs modification is extensions_custom.conf

    How to modify it I have no idea. Thats the dilemma I have:
