OUTBOUND RATIO

    Hi to all, i have elastix 1.3 and call center module 1.3 installed, everything works, the thing is that when i log in the agents, the dialer takes a long time to make the actual calls, and only a certain number of agents have constant calls with like a minute or 2 sometimes 3 between calls, and the rest of the agents get a call like every 10 minutes or more!!!!

    is this normal?? i have tried changing the answering delay and Short Call Threshold in the call center tab configuration tab, and still i get the same results, also i have tried changing the queue options like ring strategy wrapup time etc.

    if some one can help me out on this one i would really appreciate it, as i am expected to use this in production.

    Que tal jaime, te comento que efectivamente se trata de un bug, el cuál ya ha sido corregido, espero que prontamente salga la versión con la correción.

    Hasta la versión 1.4 del call center aún tiene el problema que nos comentas

    Gracias por tu respuesta, entonces no hay nada que pueda hacer??
    no hay algun update sobre este bug alguna forma manual de deshacernos de el?

    Que tal Jaime,
    Para solucionar tus inconvenientes haz lo siguiente:

    1. service elastixdialer stop
    2. ingresa a http://elastix.svn.sourceforge.net/view ... ss/dialer/
    3. Descarga los archivos:
    DialerProcess.class.php y GestorLlamadasEntrantes.class.php
    4. Los reemplazas con los que tienes en /opt/elastix/dialer/
    5. service elastixdialer start

    what version of callcenter is this fix for? i tried it with 1.3 and the dialer would not start anymore.
