Hi to all, i have elastix 1.3 and call center module 1.3 installed, everything works, the thing is that when i log in the agents, the dialer takes a long time to make the actual calls, and only a certain number of agents have constant calls with like a minute or 2 sometimes 3 between calls, and the rest of the agents get a call like every 10 minutes or more!!!! is this normal?? i have tried changing the answering delay and Short Call Threshold in the call center tab configuration tab, and still i get the same results, also i have tried changing the queue options like ring strategy wrapup time etc. if some one can help me out on this one i would really appreciate it, as i am expected to use this in production. thanks in advance.
